Welcome to the Clifton Park Yankees Baseball Club. The club was formed in 2001 with the purpose of expanding playing opportunities for elite team oriented high school players in Clifton Park and Halfmoon NY. The secondary goal for the Club is to provide a platform for outstanding baseball instruction. The Club has established a Instructional Baseball Camp Program which services hundreds of players ages 5-18 years annually. In addition to teaching and coaching on a 12 month basis the teaching staff attends numerous clinics for inservice.
The club was founded by James E. Carrese and is privately held.

Club Baseball Program:
The Club Baseball program as part of the CPYBC is a non-profit DBA with a zero sum annual budget. The Club Program fields two age group teams for the Fall season schedule. The 18U team plays a regional club competitve schedule versus Community College teams, Regional Northeast Clubs{CT Bombers-CT Baseball Academy-NY Nine the South Troy Dodgers}
The local competition includes the Latham Padres and Saratoga Stampede.
Additionally the Fall Club Baseball Program serves as an excellent resource for college baseball recruitment. The program in cooperation with the Shenendehowa High School Baseball Program has produced 80 college baseball players and 10 professional contracts since 1991.
SCHEDULE:
18 U Elite Team:
The 18 U team has a goal of 20 games in a seven week period beginning post Labor Day
Weekend. The Elite Team will play Community College teams, CT Bombers,South Troy Dodgers and other Elite Fall Baseball Clubs.
16 U Team: The 16 U team participates in the 12 game league schedule presented by the ENY CM League. The 16 U teams plays the South Troy Dodgers in a four game series thru September and
October. {NOTE: All Club Activities comply with "Suburban Council Coaching" Guidelines established by the AD Council. Coach James E. Carrese "administrates" the program and has no "on the field" coaching responsibilities. We adhere to the letter and the "spirit" of the guidelines.}
